Public IRC is no longer running. Please refer to either the shoutbox at the top of the forum or inquire about our Skype chat.


I have decided to create an official public 24/7 IRC for members and non-members of Fictionkin.Com to chat.

The get there, go to irc.chat4all.org, and enter the  #fictionkin channel.

Please be aware that this is a public chat room. It will need to be heavily moderated, and will possibly occasionally get trolls. This is, however, meant to serve as a more anonymous aspect of our community, and joining the chat is optional. I simply felt it might be nice to have around.

No, this is not meant to replace anything. It's simply an "official" chat that will be moderated.

IRC is very common and pretty well-known. A lot of sites use it, and although the commands can be a bit complicated, they are effective. I figured that would be best for an "official" chat.
